PERENNIAL STUDIOS LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this website and related services to offer made-to-order apparel, original designs, and creative content. These Terms govern your use of our website, products, and services, whether as a casual visitor or paying customer.

3. PRODUCTS & ORDER FULFILLMENT
All garments are made-to-order and screen printed in-house. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for production and fulfillment.
Due to the hand-made nature of our products, minor variations may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of the item.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or mispricing.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because our items are made-to-order, all sales are final.
We only accept returns or exchanges in the case of manufacturing defects or shipping damage. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@perennialfour.com.
5. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. Harassment, hate speech, or unauthorized attempts to access our systems or data will result in immediate restriction of access.
